Mr Addison,
Could you please clarify what you mean by "...any information we have
regarding the RSPB", as we cannot comply with a request unless we
understand what is meant and wanted. Does this mean information on our
relationship, our relevant responsibilities, or what?

Your request also ask for "...the acceptable standards for handling
exotic species..." Do you mean by this any instructions, guidance or
advice Animal Health provides to keepers, NGOs, etc?

Dear Mr Cotterill,

sorry for not specifying, what i meant was any e-mails between AH
and the RSPB, documents and minutes from any meetings at which they
have either given evidence, advice or any contributing information.
also any details of any monetary transactions (any form of money
'passing hands') between both organisations and details of the
relationship between both. As for standards for handling exotic
species i am asking if there is any guidlines which everyone, not
only NGO's, must abide by, and are those guidelines clearly stated
to the NGO's in any form of booklet/leaflet for example. thanks
again

Yours sincerely,

benjamin addison

that your department should hold annual figures for birds of prey
registered each year over the last 20 years. Please can i have a

Dear Cotterill, Chris (AH),

As you seemingly have statistics for Article 10's issued under
CITES (seen in EagleOwl attachment previously sent to me) is it
possible to have the figures of all article 10's issued annually
going back as far as the records go. Thank you once again

Yours sincerely,

Benjamin Addison

Mr Addison,
To enable us to comply fully and accurately to your request, could you
clarify the scale of the request. Do you want the total number of
Article 10s for all CITES species in each year, or broken down by animal
species? Just for birds of prey? We are restricted to expending a
maximum of 24 man-hours on responding to FOI requests. If you require
annual totals, or annual totals by species, we should be able to provide
these within the allowance. If more details are required, then we will
have to ask that you narrow down your request, to say, details for a
particular species, bearing in mind we have to redact the data extracted
to remove personal and commercial details, in accordance with the
information legislation.

How do you wish to proceed?

Dear Mr Cotterill,

I am wanting annual figures for birds of prey, it does not need to
be as detailed as to the species of bird. Annual totals for as far
back as is viable. thank you once again for your time

Yours sincerely,

Benjamin Addison
