FREEDOM OF INFORMATION REQUEST - ACADEMY STATUS
Thank you for your emailed enquiry of 30 June 2011 requesting electronic
copies of all documentation and correspondence we have received in the
last 18 months from the Department of Education regarding Academy status.
The information you have requested is also held by a third party, namely
the Department of Education, to whom you have made the same request. I
understand that they have undertaken to supply this information to you
within 20 days and therefore your request will be met. I feel it would
serve no useful purpose to duplicate the information that the DfE will be
sending to you.
