Education (DfE) to respond to, as the Young People's Learning Agency
(YPLA) is responsible for the administration of open Academies on behalf
of the Secretary of State for Education. Please accept my apologies for
the delay in responding to you but we have been receiving high volumes of
queries and are working through a backlog.
