Dear Sir or Madam,

Under the terms of the Freedom of Information Act, please provide:

a) a figure for the total number of students refused access to
academic courses under the terms of the Academic Technology
Approval Scheme in the latest period for which data is available.

b) if possible, a break down of those refusals by nationality of
applicant

c) if possible, a break down of refusals by applications to
specific courses

d) if possible, a break down of refusals by applications to
specific academic institutions.
