Dear Darlington Borough Council,
Thank you very much for your response to my request (FOI/2010/Case
2033).
The information you supplied took the form of a percentage figure
whereas other authorities have all supplied the data in the format
of average days lost per employee (full-time equivalent) which
appears to be the standard format used by local authorities.
Would it be possible to supply the data in the same format? i.e.
average days lost per employee (full-time equivalent) as it is
obviously difficult to make comparisons between different formats.
Again, thank you for your asistance.
Yours sincerely,
steve latimer

Dear Mr. Latimer
Thank you for your e-mail.
I apologise that we have supplied the information in a different format to that supplied by other local authorities, we understood 'rate' to mean a percentage figure as per the standard definition.
I have asked our Human Resources section to provide the actual numbers and will be in contact with a response as soon as possible.
Kind regards
