Dear Denbighshire Council,

As a resident off Dyserth Road, Rhyl. I would like to request a
copy of the section 106 agreement for Aberkinsey Park, Rhyl. I wish
to establish how many houses have been agreed for development and
whether this went to public consultation. I do not believe that it
did.

Regards,

Chris Gardiner (Mr)
