Freedom of Information - Ty Pendre Memorial Gardens

Further to your email dated 17th January 2011 I have previously
supplied you with copy invoices and payments made Sherratts
Landscaping Ltd which includes work at Ty Pendre.

A copy of Sherratts contract for Ty Pendre can be supplied upon
payment although this will take time to compile as there are
separate contracts for different services e.g. litter clearance,
grounds maintenance, grass cutting.

Your request for viewing of original files is declined as it does
not form part of requirements as applied to Town Council.
