Please pass this on to the person who conducts Freedom of
Information reviews.

I am writing to request an internal review of Prestatyn Town
Council's handling of my FOI request 'A viewing of the original
file and documents for Sherratt Landscaping Contract Services paid
involvement in Ty Pendre Memorial Gardens, Prestatyn.'.

I believe I'm entitled to know what is being deleted on any
information supplied under the Freedom of Information Act. Plus I
note the information supplied, both pieces of paper refer to
2008-2009 accounts period. Are you categorically saying Sherratt
Landscaping Limited hasn't had any payments for Ty Pendre gardens
in the 2009-2010 financial year or 2010-2011 financial year?

Sherratt Landscaping Ltd and Ty Pendre Memorial Gardens - Internal
Review Request 2

Further to your email dated 6th March 2011 requesting internal
review in which you also ask questions relating to earlier
correspondence.

Your original request concerned Ty Pendre Memorial Gardens and work
undertaken by Council's contractor Sherratt Landscaping Ltd. You
have been supplied with a copy of contract awarded in 2009 and copy
invoices for 2009/10. The original three year contract was awarded
April 2009 and remains in place until 31st March 2012.

Council has no formal internal review procedure although Chairman
of Finance and Management Committee and Mayor have been informed of
request and actions taken.
