Dear Lambeth Borough Council,
A a consequence of the court ruling listed below, can you confirm
that Lambeth Council will now arrange for Social Workers to review
the Pathway Plans of Care Leavers aged 18 to 21 or 24 if in Higher
Education? Also confirm that Care Leavers who are also asylum
seekers or former asylum seekers will obtain the same level of
Social Work support as any other Care Leavers, in so far as getting
support from a Social Worker to review the Pathway Plans of Care
Leavers aged 18 to 21 or 24 if in Higher Education?
