The Managers’ Update May 2008 makes referernce to there being a
document "A Managers' Update Special on AJCS",

For your reference;

"Managers' Update Special: Accessing Jobcentre Customer
Services (AJCS)
A Managers' Update Special on AJCS was published earlier this month
- make sure you take a look. This Special gives details of the
changes that are being introduced through AJCS, including why we
are making them and what they will mean to you and your team. It
also includes links to further information and the online support
that will help you and your team to implement AJCS successfully."

I understand that A full response to this Freedom Of Information
Request is now overdue.

By law public authorities must respond "promptly", and in any event
not later than 20 working days after receiving a request.

The 20 Working day limit is now passed, so could you kindly either
provided the requested information, or at least state the reason
for delay and what action is being taken to address it with a
proposed resolution date.

Dear DWP Adelphi Freedom-of-Information-Request,

A full response to this Freedom Of Information Request is now
overdue. It should have been available no later than 03 June 2009.
You have been allowed a further five working days and have still
failed to provide the requested information.

Please provide the requested information by return - or at least
have the courtesy to provide a proper response rather than the
ambiguous "holding response.doc" which you have sent previously.
