Dear Sir/Madam,

Re: List of commercial properties not receiving small business rate
relief

Please can you provide me with the following information under the
Freedom Of Information Act 2000:-

(a) addresses and rateable values of Commercial properties that are
within your District Council up to a rateable value of £11,000 who
are eligible for, but not currently receiving small business rate
relief;

and

(b) the names of the owners of those properties referred to in (a)

Thank you for your Freedom of Information request. Unfortunately we do not hold any relevant information as we are not responsible for administering business rates in Norfolk. This is the responsibility of the seven borough/city/district councils within the county. These councils are:

Breckland District Council, Broadland District Council, Great Yarmouth Borough Council, King's Lynn & West Norfolk Borough Council, North Norfolk District Council, Norwich City Council, South Norfolk District Council.

These councils can all be found on the What do the Know website where you can direct your request to them, if you have not already done so.
