Re: List of commercial properties not receiving small business rate
relief
Please can you provide me with the following information under the
Freedom Of Information Act 2000:-
(a) addresses and rateable values of Commercial properties that are
within your District Council up to a rateable value of £11,000 who
are eligible for, but not currently receiving small business rate
relief;
and
(b) the names of the owners of those properties referred to in (a)

Please find attached two lists that we can produce the first one those
with RVs under £11,00 & a second list of those in receipt of Small
Business Rate Relief.
The ratepayers from the first list not on the second list may or may not
be eligible for SBRR.
