FREEDOM OF INFORMATION ACT - REQUEST FOR INFORMATION

Thank you for your request received on 3 February 2010, for information
held by the Council under the provisions of the Freedom of Information Act
2000.

I would like to request a list of all the contractors and subcontractors
you are currently using in construction across Birmingham

Birmingham City Council may be using many contractors in construction
projects across Birmingham. We may not have lists of all subcontractors
and suppliers. I would be grateful if you could provide more information
so we can carry out a more accurate search:

* Please clarify exactly what information you are seeking.
* Please provide details of any construction projects or contract(s) you
are interested in.

In some circumstances a fee may be payable and if that is the case, we
will let you know. A fees notice will be issued to you, and you will be
required to pay before we will proceed to deal with your request.
