Dear Sir or Madam,
I would be grateful if you could provide me with a copy of, or
point me in the direction of, your publication scheme based on the
ICO's model as required by the Freedom of Information Act. I have
searched you website and all I can find is an out of date copy of
the old 2004 scheme.
Specifically I am looking for your scale of charges for providing
information, policies on dealing with requests for information and
your information release log.

The new publication scheme is currently a draft version pending approval from the Company Management Team and will be available on the website once this process is complete. It follows the ICO's model for ALMO's as required for the Freedom of Information Act. If you have any further questions then please let me know.

Dear Ian Stanford,
I am very disappointed with your response on two points. Point one,
am I mistaken or was your organisation not required to develop,
disseminate and maintain an approved publication scheme based on
the new model scheme from January 1st 2009? If so your response
suggests you have not complied with the requirements of the Freedom
of Information Act 2000.
Point two, if you read my original request you will see I actually
specified three pieces of information I was particularly interested
in and I quote "Specifically I am looking for your scale of charges
for providing information, policies on dealing with requests for
information and your information release log".
You seem to have disregarded this part of my request, I would
therefore ask you to reconsider your response.
