Dear Emma D,
Thank you for your email on 29 September in which you ask for a copy of
the listing application(s) that English Heritage has received "in
connection with the scaffolding at Dale Farm".
I have considered your request under the Environmental Information
Regulations 2004 (‘the EIR’) and can confirm that English Heritage has
received one application that falls within the scope of your request. It
covers the gate, tower (including supporting structure) and the tire wall
at Dale Farm.
A copy of the application is attached to this email. The photographs I
have given you were supplied by the applicant in support of their
application. I have removed some personal information from the
application because I consider it to be exempt from disclosure
under regulation 12(3) of the EIR. This is because it is third party
personal information and its disclosure would breach one or more of the
data protection principles in the Data Protection Act 1998.
You may be aware that following advice from English Heritage the Secretary
of State has decided that the aforementioned structures do not satisfy
the necessary criteria for listing. English Heritage has issued a
statement following that decision and it can be accessed via the following
link.

dissatisfied with this response you may request an internal review.
Details of our review procedure are attached to this email.
