A copy of the 'Laraso' Report

Paul Cannop made this Freedom of Information request to Scottish Government

Response to this request is long overdue. By law, under all circumstances, Scottish Government should have responded by now (details). You can complain by requesting an internal review.

Dear Scottish Government,
A copy of the 'Laraso' Report which sets out the criteria Council's
should adhere to when making assessments of Roads in Scotland. (ie.
Road Safety - Routes to School).

I understand that it is an English legislation adopted by the
Scottish Government.

Yours faithfully,

Paul Cannop

Dear Paul

Thank you for your enquiry about the LARSOA Annual Report. This
information is not held by the Scottish Government however, an identical
request to your own was recently made and information was provided by
Highland Council. I have therefore forwarded your request to Lisa
Mackellaich at Highland Council.

Kind regards

Ingrid

Hi there,

There are a lot of LARSOA documents and as I am not familiar with what you
are looking to use the guidance for I have made an assumption that the
attached report is the one you are looking for.

Regards,

Lisa
