A55 Warren Bank exits - Concerns of Higher Kinnerton Community

Colin Hughes made this Freedom of Information request to Welsh Government/Llywodraeth Cymru

The request was successful.

From: Colin Hughes

12 August 2011

Dear Welsh Assembly Government/Llywodraeth Cynulliad Cymru,

During the construction of the above I read in the media that Welsh
Assembly Government officials were meeting with Higher Kinnerton
representatives to discuss their fears that their village would
become a rat run ( short cut) to the newly constructed Warren Bank
A55 exits. I would like a copy of any communication sent by the WAG
or received by the WAG from Higher Kinnerton Community Council,
Higher Kinnerton county councillor or Flintshire County Council
with regards their fears that their village would become a short
cut. This would include any promises of future funding, 20 mph
zones etc.

Yours faithfully,

Colin Hughes
