1/ I understand Merseyside Police Authority have not invoked A19.
Wasthis ever considered, if so what was the rationale for not
implementing?
2/ Did you dip into your cash reserves to avoid implementing it?
3/ what were your cash reserves for 1/4/11 and 1/4/12
