Dear Sir or Madam,
In 2005 a public consultation took place on on options for
upgrading the A120 from Braintree to Marks Tey. The Highways Agency
website now refers to a review of comments, further investigations
into the Agency's own proposals and the identification of
additional routes. This request is for a list of what information
exists relating to the review and investigations, including a list
of documents setting out any conclusions or recommendations on the
preferred route and a list of documents giving details of, and of
any conclusions or recommendations on, the additional routes to
those originally proposal by the Agency.
Yours faithfully,
David Harkness
