Dear Jason Eacups,

This has come to us marked as a request for a review but it seems that
it is actually a request for some advice and I provide that here in an
effort to assist you as quickly as possible.

Due to the nature of the information requested, I cannot think that any
of the available disclosure regimes would provide you with the
information requested in this matter without referral to a relevant
court.

I therefore suggest that you seek legal advice on this matter. A lawyer
can advise on a particular case but basically you would have to convince
a court that the information was required to further a legal process and
any other parties or involved agencies could address the court on their
stance on the matter.

The court would then have to decide whether or not the ordering of the
production of information, if any is held, would be necessary for the
appropriate conduct of its business.

I hope that this helps.
