Freedom of Information Act (2000) - Request for Information

Thank you for your request for the following information.

The number of persons in the local authority of compulsory school age who are, or claimed to be, electively home educated and who have been either suspected or found to be involved in child abuse, neglect, forced marriage, sexual exploitation or domestic servitude.

How many (if any) Serious Case Reviews or Joint Area Review have reported with respect to home educated children in the LA.

This request was received on 29 March 2009 and has been allocated Freedom of Information Request Reference FOI/2009/0174.

North Somerset Council will respond to your request for information in line with the Freedom of Information Act (2000).
