I write further to your request for an internal review addressed to the County Council's Information Governance Unit dated 15 June 2009.

I understand that you are seeking a review of County Council's “inaction and poor adherence to the Freedom of Information Act”, in responding to your request for information concerning Home Education and suspected abuse.
