FREEDOM OF INFORMATION REQUEST
I write in response to your Freedom of Information request of 29th April 2009. You asked for the following information, further to the response provided to you in a previous request:-
Can you please clarify a) the reason/type of abuse that is the concern of the Child Protection Plan - and if it was neglect whether that is educational or other b) whether the 6 suspected cases were false alarms or founded cases
In response to a) this is under the category of “physical harm”. In response to b) one was a proven case of neglect and the others were suspected cases of neglect but not founded.
