Freedom of Information Request 56264
I refer to your request which has been considered under the Freedom of Information Act 2000. The information you requested is as follows:
Please could you tell me whether Everton Football Club or an acting agent has ever submitted an initial inquiry/a planning application to build anything on Stanley Park.
It has been found that Everton FC has never applied for planning permission to construct a stadium in Stanley park. The Local Planning Authority does not maintain a comprehensive record of pre-application enquiries that did not materialise in the submission of a planning application however to the best of our knowledge no such enquiry has been submitted in the last twenty years at the very least.
