The four councils invited are the ones whose accounts have been independently audited recently so they can prove the validity of their spend - something the DSCF seems rather concerned about. I'm going to be briefing the other John (Ransford) before the meeting so I wouldn't rush to get there early, sorry! Hope NASF went well and wasn't a waste of your time!
