Dear Mr Low,
FREEDOM OF INFORMATION (SCOTLAND) ACT 2002
Thank you for contacting the Scottish Children's Reporter Administration (SCRA) by email on 20 March 2009 to request the following information:
“Please detail total expenditure by SCRA on common purpose courses for each of the following years 1997 to 2008 to date. Please also supply a copy of the invoice for each common purpose course paid for by SCRA. By common purpose I mean the training organisation of that name:http//www.common purpose.org/home.aspx”.
This information is provided in full. SCRA has spent £2482.19 on training courses run by Common Purpose. This comprised one training course attended by SCRA's Authority Reporter for the City of Aberdeen, which commenced in 2008. The invoice is attached with this letter as requested.
SCRA does not hold invoices for the years 1997-1999.
If you are dissatisfied with how we have responded to your request for information, and/or the information that we have provided, you can request SCRA to carry out a review. This will take a maximum of 20 working days. If you would like to do this, please contact Gillian Henderson, Head of Policy, at the above address or email: [email address]. Please note that any request for review must be made in writing or other recordable form, include a name and address for correspondence, and be made within 40 days of receipt of this letter.
