I write in connection with your request for information dated 24 April 2009 which was received by North Yorkshire Police on 24 April 2009. I note you seek access to the following information:
Copies of the FOI refusal notices NYP issued from March 2008.
Following receipt of your request searches were conducted within North Yorkshire Police to locate information relevant to your request. I can confirm that the information you have requested is held by North Yorkshire Police.

Decision
I have decided to disclose the located information to you with the removal, in each case, of the applicant's name and address details, pursuant to the provisions of section 40 of the Act.
