Following receipt of your request searches were conducted within North Yorkshire Police to locate information relevant to your request. I can confirm that the information you have requested is held by North Yorkshire Police.

To locate the information relevant to your request searches were conducted at the Legal & Compliance Services Directorate.
Result Of Searches
There have been a total of 4 refusal notices issued to vexatious requests during the period 1 January 2005 to 16 April 2009.
There have been 2 refusal notices issued to vexatious requests during the period 1 March 2008 to 16 April 2009.
