Have any BBC executives been treated to any event, function or meeting at the expense of a 
company called Phorm. If so, please could you state the name(s) of the person(s) concerned and 
the event,dates and times of any occurrences.

We have searched our records and have taken all reasonable steps to locate the information but 
have not been able to do so.  So far as we are able to determine the BBC does not hold the 
information you have requested.
