AREA A (CONSOLIDATION) ORDER 1993 (AMENDMENT NO. 100) ORDER 2001
Cambridge City Council ("the Council") in pursuance of arrangements made under Section 101 of the Local Government Act 1972 with Cambridgeshire County Council in exercise of the powers of the said County Council under Sections 1, 2, 3, 4, 19, 32, 35, 45, 46, 49, 63, and 64 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 ("the Act of 1984") (as amended) and of all other enabling powers and after consultation with the Chief Officer of Police in accordance with Part III of Schedule 9 to the Act of 1984 hereby make the following Order:
1. This Order shall come into operation for all purposes on the 28th day of January 2002 and may be cited as The City of Cambridge Area A (Consolidation) Order 1993 (Amendment No. 100) Order 2001.
2. In this Order the expression "the Order of 1993" shall mean The City of Cambridge Area A (Consolidation) Order 1993 and any reference to the Order of 1993 shall be construed as a reference to that Order as varied or amended.
3. The Order of 1993 shall be amended and have effect as though in Schedule 2 Part 2 all references to Queens' Road were deleted and substituted by the following:
QUEENS' ROAD Excluding those lengths as described in all other Parts of Schedule 2
4. The Order of 1993 shall be amended and have effect as though in Schedule 1 Part 4 parking place no. 3 was deleted and substituted by the following:

3B All that part of the east side of Queens' Road which is bounded on the
east by so much of the edge of the carriageway of that highway as
extends from a point 102 metres south of the centreline of its junction with
Garret Hostel Lane southwards for a distance of 151 metres and which
has a width throughout of 2.0 metres
