With access taken from the existing turning head to the east of the site, a development of 15-20 houses would still incorporate a landscaped buffer along the site frontage. At this number of units there would be not problem with any additional development costs.
|
|
|
A redevelopment of this site would retain an enhanced landscaped strip along the roadside and provide up to 20 semi-detached and terraced houses at a similar density to the surrounding area.
