  • Objects to development in Moorsholm - congestion, loss of rural character/impact on local services/impact on infrastructure/impact on environment/flooding/parking/ drainage

  • Is not against development per se - there is a need for affordable housing in Moorsholm but highlights the concerns above and the size of the development proposed.

  • In essence the scope for future development in the East Cleveland towns is potentially limited because the current water supply to the area is by a single large water main. There could still be local issues in Moorsholm that would require local investment in infrastructure. NWL would request consultation on the earliest possible stage on potential preferred housing allocations in these settlements.

  • Objects - will spoil character of village, drainage and flooding issue, impact on parking and local services, susceptible to flooding.

  • This development would block the views of the extensive countryside from Mrs Medcalf's property, value of property will decrease. Also highlights parking and flooding problems.
