Dear Mr Tyes
Re: Freedom of Information request.
I write with reference to your emails of April 15th regarding the late provision of information in response
to your request for information around domestic violence.
This request has been dealt with under the terms of the Freedom of Information Act.
We have exceeded the 20 working day timescale as set down in the legislation. Please accept my
apologies for this delay. This was due to a misunderstanding on our part. I do hope this has not caused
any inconvenience.
I have attached a copy of our report “
An Analysis of Domestic Violence using a Range of
Partnership Data to Support the Establishment of a ‘Domestic Abuse Centre’ for
Cambridgeshire.” which we believe answers your questions.
Furthermore, I have attached an email from Michael Soper, Research Manager, who has provided
some additional information to go alongside this report. Mr Soper has also offered to speak with you if
you have any additional questions.
As this concludes my review of your request, you may appeal to the Information Commissioner’s Office
if you are not content with the outcome. The Information Commissioner can be contacted at:
Information Commissioner’s Office, Wycliffe House, Water Lane, Wilmslow, Cheshire, SK9 5AF.
Kind regards
Helen Maneuf
Head of Audit, Scrutiny and Information Governance.
