We write with regard to your recent enquiry for information held by the Council under the provisions of the Freedom of Information Act 2000.

The information requested is:

We reiterate our earlier response to your similar FOI request (Reference E3684), that the Council publishes annually on its web-site details of all travel, subsistence etc claimed by Members. This can be found in the Council and Democracy part of the web-site under “Your Representatives”

Cllr Murphy did not make any claims for expenses from the Council for 2007/2008 and has not joined the Council's pension scheme"
