We write with regard to your recent enquiry for information held by the Council under the provisions of the Freedom of Information Act 2000.

Minutes

No formal minutes of Mayoral Question Time are taken. However the officers present did take brief informal notes of the meeting for internal use, mainly concentrating on the actions arising. Copies of these notes are attached.

Photos

A photographer was present at Beckton Question Time and there are over 80 photos on disc of the event. However as this disc includes pictures of the children of Gallions Primary School Choir performing at the start of the meeting we cannot send you a copy of this disc. However if you wished to arrange a time to come in and see the photos we would be happy to accomodate this.
