Subject: Cllr P Murphy/Bus Services.
We write with regard to your recent enquiry for information held by the Council under the provisions of the Freedom of Information Act 2000.
The information requested is:
Can I have a copy of this agreement.
There is no agreement although a contribution towards improving public transport is currently being negotiated with the airport as part of the S106 agreement.
Can I have a copy of all the minutes of the meetings , list of the
meetings , who Cllr Murphy meet with , list of phone and email
communications and copies of emails.
We are aware that Councillor Murphy has raised issues about local bus services at the meeting of the Council's Integrated Public Transport Scrutiny Commission on 9th December 2008. Issues have also been raised at the Council's Public Transport Liaison Group on 26th June and 9th October 2008. Minutes of these meetings are on the Council website.
As Steve Brayshaw has supported Cllr Murphy can I have copies of
all the emails and list of meeting that Cllr Murphy has had with Steve Brayshaw.
We have no information relating to Mr Brayshaw.
