I am copying this to john for comment.  My initial thoughts are that we can't go back in time as far as requested and we would have to check the relevant offence code or codes for ascertaining numbers proceeded against and presumably found guilty

If you are the right person to deal with this, could you please let me know :

*       If we hold this information ?
*       If so, is it readily available ?
*       How long will it take to retrieve and extract the information requested ?
*       If we do hold this information, could you please confirm whether it exceeds the appropriate cost limit (i.e. as stated under Section 12).  The appropriate limit for Central Government is set at £600, which represents the estimated cost of one person spending 3½ working days in determining whether the Department holds the information, and locating, retrieving and extracting the information.

 

Also, if we do hold this information, are there any issues involved in disclosing it ? (i.e. is it sensitive etc).  In the event we are unable to provide a response to FOI requests, there are certain exemptions that can be applied, please see attached list.
