In  line  with  a  recent  ruling  from  the  commissioner (Rochdale  Metropolitan  Borough 
Council  ref.  FS50144991,  10/11/2008)  not  to disclose  personal  information  of  junior 
employees  under  the  section  40  (personal  data)  exemption  of  the  Data  Protection 
Act 1998 we are unable to provide you with the information you requested. 
 
If you are dissatisfied with the way your request for information has been handled, or 
you  wish  to  seek  a  review  of  the  decision  not  to  release  information  to  you,  please
