previous  email  (11/03/09).  Your  latest  email  made  reference  to  the  Council  being 
“committed to providing honest, open, transparent, accountable Public Services”. In 
response  to  your  latest  email  I  can  confirm  that  Sevenoaks  District  Council  is 
committed  to  providing  open,  transparent,  honest  and  accountable  services.  You 
have  already  been  referred  to  the  sections  of  our  Constitution  which  reflect  this 
commitment.   
 
If you are dissatisfied with the way your request for information has been handled, or 
you  wish  to  seek  a  review  of  the  decision  not  to  release  information  to  you,  please
