     Dear Sir or Madam,

     Please could you provide the gender breakdown of the staff working
     in your organisation, and also detail the current staff turnover
     broken down by gender.

     Please also provide, if available, the current breakdown of staff
     (and / or current turnover of staff) in terms of disability, age,
     religion, sexual orientation and race. If only some of these
     aspects are measured – or only in relation to new staff – please
     provide such details as are available.

     In addition, please provide comparative average pay figures for
     each of these criterea, as available.

     I would appreciate an acknowledgement that this FOI request has
     been received and is being processed.
