Freedom of Information Act (2000) - Request for Information

I write following our acknowledgement letter, date 26 February 2009, reference FOI/2009/102 regarding the North Worle Scheme.

Please find below our response to your request.

Have mini-motos returned, and if so, how many incidents have been reported on these lanes since then? (Madam Lane, Ricketts Lane, Dunkite Lane and the path between Ebdon Road next to St Marks School and Ricketts Lane).

We do not possess information in relation to how many mini-motos have returned or how many incidents have been reported in these specific area's.

In line with the Freedom of Information Act (2000) and the Freedom of Information and Data Protection (Appropriate Limit and Fees) Regulations 2004, the Council reserves the right to charge for disbursements, such as photocopying and postage. However, on this occasion no fee will be charged.
