candidate defer taking up a post

Dear Sir or Madam,
How many times in the last three years (from todays date) have
successful interview candidates been able to defer taking up a post
with the organisation for more than one month? Can the figures be
broken down into periods of: 1-6 months; 6-12 months; 13 months or
more.
Can you also tell me if there is an upper limit on how long your
organisation is willing to allow someone to defer taking up a post.
Yours faithfully,
Ian Smith
