Subject: Halal Food Options in Menu's.

We write with regard to your recent enquiry for information held by the Council under the provisions of the Freedom of Information Act 2000.

The information requested is:

We offer halal meat products at most schools within the Borough. The decision is taken locally by the school as to the provision. Most schools, non catholic, provide either all halal or a selection of halal meat products on a daily basis.
