I refer to your request of 01 March 2009.
It is considered that your request is vexatious and that Section 14 of the Freedom of Information Act 2000 applies to it. Where s14 applies the Council is not required to comply with the request.
The reasons for considering that s14 applies are:
The Council has dealt with 10 Freedom of Information Act requests in relation to its relations with Common Purpose
Your request imposes a significant burden in terms of distraction and has the effect of causing disruption and annoyance. It seeks information in a considerable level of detail
Although you have not made a request before it is clear from its terms that it forms part of a campaign.
