Thank you for your email dated 02/24/09. As the information you requested is not personal or environmental it will be processed in accordance with the Freedom of Information Act 2000.
Initially I would like to take this opportunity to apologise for the delay in responding to your request which has already passed the statutory deadline of 25/03/09.
