GP Referral Schemes - FOI-399

Hampshire Primary Care Trust advises that the following request has been received under the Freedom of Information Act 2000:

“• Please could you let me know how many practices (of the 144 in Hampshire PCT) signed up to component 1 of this scheme.

• Please could you let me know how many practices (as of 12^th February) have NOT signed up to component 2 of this scheme, including those who have subsequently withdrawn from this component.

• Please could you list the names of those practices (as of 12^th February) who are continuing with component 2 of this scheme.”

The PCT has agreed the release of the data requested, following discussion with the LMC and the PCT's Practice based Commissioning representatives. Your practice has been identified as one of those falling within the remit of this enquiry; this message is to advise you of this release of information sent on the same date as this memo.
