I am writing in response to your request made under the Freedom of Information Act.

The Trust recorded 10,343 patient episodes during 2008 where the procedures code indicated delivery of chemotherapy drugs.

This information was requested under the Freedom of Information Act, but would have been freely provided without the need to invoke the Act, therefore should not be quoted as provided under the Act.

If you are unhappy with the way the Trust has handled your request, you are entitled to raise this through the Trust's complaints procedure, by writing to the Chief Executive at the address above. Should you remain dissatisfied following this, you can further raise the issue with the Information Commissioner.
