I acknowledge your request for information received on 9 Febrary 2009. You have asked for information regarding:
1. All contracts with Reed Managed Services
2. All reviews of all contracts with Reed Managed Services
Your request is being assessed under the Freedom of Information Act 2000, which required us to provide this information to you within the statutory time limit of twenty (20) working days, 09 March 2009. However, if this information is subject to an exemption defined by the Act which prevents us from releasing it, you will be issued with a Refusal Notice together with your rights of Appeal.
