Freedom of Information Act 2000
Information Request Reference TWC-01423
I acknowledge your request for information received on 9 Febrary 2009. You have asked for information regarding:
1. All contracts with Reed Managed Services
2. All reviews of all contracts with Reed Managed Services
Your request is being assessed under the Freedom of Information Act 2000, which required us to provide this information to you within the statutory time limit of twenty (20) working days, 09 March 2009. However, if this information is subject to an exemption defined by the Act which prevents us from releasing it, you will be issued with a Refusal Notice together with your rights of Appeal.
You may have to pay for printing, copying post & packing or other costs that we will incur. If this is the case we will tell you before we send out the information. This must be paid before the information is processed and released. The 20 working day time limit for responses will be suspended until payment is received.
