Freedom of Information Request No. 480 - Response

Information Requested:

Your ASB team employed a vehicle S718 HCP in 'evidence gathering'

in Tealby Lincs during the summer 2008.

Please supply :

1. Full details of these operations: dates/ times/ object. Written details of the log kept by operators of the vehicle during the operations

Response:

The vehicle in questions was under a leasing arrangement therefore the information requested is not available.

2. A copy of the vehicle DVLA log book and the insurance certificate for the period 2007/2008 together with service schedule and garage job sheets and invoices.

Response:

The vehicle in question was under a leasing arrangement therefore the information requested is not available. However as the vehicle was listed on the WLDC fleet then the insurance certificate (attached) applies.

3. Details of AA membership covering the vehicle; membership number,      membership subscription payment details with receipts;

Response:

A copy of the relevant certificate of motor insurance, membership card details and explanatory letter attached hereto. Information regarding the certificate and membership number has been redacted.

4. The vehicle allegedly 'broke down' in Tealby Lincs in June 2008. Please supply details of the report of this break down with the AA job number and name of AA mechanic who attended; what was the fault; what steps were taken to remedy the fault; what was the costs of this.

Response:

This information has already been provided in FOI 459.

5. Dates and times prior to June 2008 when this vehicle was employed in operations at Tealby Lincs

Response:

The vehicle was used in Tealby on 19th Mary 2008, 3rd June 2008 (the day it broke down) and then recovered on the 9th June 2008.
