Subject: City Airport.

We write with regard to your recent enquiry for information held by the Council under the provisions of the Freedom of Information Act 2000.

The information requested is:

"We do not have or keep a list of all meetings held with London City Airport. However, there have been numerous meetings since January 2007 in relation to consideration of the current planning application. If you can refine your query and be more specific, subject to Data Protection Act considerations and providing the information does not take more than 2½ days of officer time to collate, details can be forwarded.

Concerning hospitality and gifts, details relating to each Council member is available on the Member Register of Interest on our webpage. This is the link; http://mgov.newham.gov.uk/mgMemberIndex.asp?FN=ALPHA&VW=LIST&PIC=0&J=1

In terms of hospitality and gifts relating to officers, we can confirm that no hospitality or gifts have been received."
